Design:

With the exception of the overall size and number of cameras on the back, the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro have essentially identical designs.

Both phones feature flat edges, symmetrical bezels, and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera in the centre.

On the right edge are the power and volume rocker controls.

The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro differ on the back of the phone. The horizontal module in the Pixel 8 series is comparable to that on earlier versions. While the Pixel Pro boasts triple camera sensors and an LED flash, the basic Pixel only has a dual camera. According to rumours, the Pixel 8 Pro may have a temperature sensor.

Colours:

The Pixel 8 is expected to be available in Obsidian, Hazel and Rose colour options, while the Pixel 8 Pro will come in Obsidian, Porcelain and Bay colours.

 Price:

Although the pricing of the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro have recently been leaked online, they are currently unknown in India. According to predictions, the Pixel 8 will cost $699 (about Rs 58,097), while the Pixel 8 Pro could cost $899. (roughly around Rs 74,720).

Google Pixel 8 series launch date:

The ‘Made by Google’ event is scheduled for October 4th at 7:30 PM IST. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube and on the Google Store website. 

The upcoming Pixel phones will be up for pre-orders in India on October 5th, which is just a day after the phones debuted globally. The new Pixel models will be available exclusively via Flipkart.
