Apple Iphone 15 may come in two new colours, according to reports.
Apple is rumored to introduce grey and blue color options for the iPhone 15 Pro, replacing gold and purple.
Apple is
preparing for the release of the iPhone 15 series, with rumours suggesting a
September 12 or 13 event. Now, a fresh report claims Apple will replace the
gold and purple colours for the iPhone 15 Pro with two new hues.
According to a rumour from 9to5Mac, Apple is getting ready to provide two more colour options for the iPhone 15 Pro: grey and blue. The company also plans to eventually discontinue the iPhone 15 Pro's gold and purple colour options.
According to
rumours, the next grey colour option is touted as a more muted titanium tone.
The iPhone 15 Pro's frame will be made of this innovative material. In contrast
to the current midnight blue option, the blue option is projected to have a
lighter tint.
In the past,
rumours suggested that the iPhone 15 Pro would come in a ruby red colour.
However, current sources suggest that the gold and purple colour options for
the iPhone 15 Pro have been dropped. Notably, since the 2018 iPhone XS, Apple
has offered a gold colour choice, while gold-colored versions have been
available since the iPhone 6. It seems as though the gold colour option may
have come to an end. The iPhone 14 Pro models also included the introduction of
the purple version.
The iPhone
15 Pro is reportedly expected to be released in September 2023 and will
reportedly include a brand-new A17 Bionic CPU and a 48-megapixel back camera
setup. A new action button and a pill-shaped notch for the front-facing camera
are two changes. With the iPhone 15 series, Apple is also anticipated to
introduce color-matched charging cables for the first time.
Apple is
apparently also working on the M5 chip for Macs and the A19 Bionic SoC, which
will be the first on a 2nm technology. This implies more processor development
beyond the A17 Bionic, which may have an impact on upcoming iPhone and Mac
launches, albeit these information is unofficial and needs to be confirmed by a
formal source.
